Game 149 and its another regular trip to see Blackburn United U20s at New Murrayfield park. Arrived hobbling to the game about 15 minutes in after wrecking my foot at Kick Mental Health, it happens, still great to get out and play with the lads.

DOWN TO THE ACTION!
Burnie up 1-0 29 mins it would become 2 just after the break at 49 minutes in, Blackburn would go on to have a good solid 20+ minutes of dominance in this half, with some really nice solid controlled play.

around the 62nd minute the Burnie keeper would pull of a cracking 1 on 1 save. The Inverkeithing player through, he made himself big and saved with an outstretched leg, cracking save.

Swifts would miss an absolute sitter around the 68th minute

Then 3 nil Blackburn on the 70th

75th another 1 on 1 save for the Blackburn Keeper, it was ruled offside, great save anyway!

The Blackburn No.5 would then fire in a goal from a header from a corner for 4 nil.

Just after the same player would be muscled off the ball at the back, allowing swifts a shot on goal, which was saved low to the keepers left, some goalie!

87th minute it would become 4-1 as the Swifts scored, a few mistakes happening now giving alot of chances to Inverkeithing.

A lovely through ball saw the Blackburn No.9 Cammy slide through between two defenders, before slotting the ball past the keepers right. A well taken goal to make it 5-1 Burnie.

Another great chance at the death for Blackburn, but Cammy murdered the cut back for the No.15.

IN CLOSING
Another good performance by the Under 20s, some really nice play, especially in the second half. A host of promising young players coming through now at the club, which warrants A huge well done to Derek White and Andrew Meechan for helping make it all happen.
